The Live Record feature enables a subscriber to record incoming calls at any point during the call and save the recording to a personal mailbox and/or forward it to other subscribers. This allows phone conversations to be archived for future reference.

Fax Integration
NEAXMail AD-40 manages both inbound and outbound faxes from any networked desktop PC, making fax communications faster, easier and totally confidential. All documents are password protected and can be stored electronically until previewed and printed.


E-Mail Integration
Users enjoy 24-hour, two-way access to their e-mail messages without the need for a laptop or modem connection. Messages are as close as the nearest phone or fax machine and they can be organized and prioritized with user-defined characteristics. In addition, subscribers can listen to e-mail messages with the E-Mail Reader module using Text-to-Speech conversion.

Call Management
Subscribers can view, answer, make outbound calls, place calls on hold, transfer, conference and screen calls easily and efficiently from their PC with AD-40 advanced call control features. Call Management also allows the user to manage multiple calls at the same time and identifies callers before the telephone is answered, permitting users to prioritize calls and answer them in any order. Also, Call Log and Contact Lists make important call data available immediately.

NEAXMail AD-8 The NEAXMail AD-8 is a compact, feature-rich business messaging solution. Its digital integration combines with a sophisticated auto attendant to navigate users through the voice processing system.
